MA students who consider themselves PhD-track (i.e. who will be using the MA primarily as a foundation from which to apply to PhD programs) are most welcome to attend the dinner for incoming PhD students to be held in the Korn Gallery in the Dorothy Young Center for the Performing Arts on campus.

It is suggested (but not required) that you use this day to complete the following on-campus tasks:

  • Obtain your student ID card from the Business Office in Holloway Hall
  • The Financial Assistance Office is also located in Holloway Hall in case you need to visit it.
  • Obtain your parking decal (if necessary) from Public Safety in the Pepin Services Center.

The application for a parking decal is located at https://parking.drew.edu/myparking. To pick up your decal at Pepin, you will need to bring your Drew ID card, driver’s license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.

Parking: If you are arriving by car, college freshmen may be moving into dormitories, severely limiting parking availability. You are advised to enter campus by the main Lancaster Road entrance off Madison Avenue. If you are stopped by Public Safety at the booth on Lancaster Road, please inform the officer that you are a student in the Theological School; you will be directed to the appropriate parking area in the Main Lot.
