Fitness Classes

Virtual fitness classes are back for the spring 2021 semester!

IMG_1830Fitness classes are a fun, motivating, and challenging way to fit movement into your daily schedule. A great alternative or compliment to any workout regimen, our classes are led by highly skilled and certified instructors. Generally 45 minutes – one hour in length, our cardio/strength and mind/body classes are a reflection of some of the latest trends in group fitness.

Fitness classes are now being live-streamed VIRTUALLY on Zoom (passcode: 640876.) Join us for yoga, boot camp, cardio kickboxing, and HIIT classes from the comfort of your home or dorm room! Our “Drew Virtual Time” friendly schedule will run from now until May 7th. Fitness classes are FREE and are open to all Drew University students, faculty, staff, and alumni only. All participants MUST complete the Drew Fitness Class Participant Waiver prior to attending their first virtual fitness class. Please follow @drewstuact on Instagram for class schedule updates and timely information.
