Our affiliate offices work in conjunction with the Office of Residence Life, Housing and Community Standards to provide the most fulfilling residential experience Drew has to offer.  While our professional staff does occasionally act as a liaison between the various offices and the residents, it is important that every resident is able to contact our affiliate offices!  Below is a list of those offices and their contact information.

Campus Life & Student Affairs Office

This office complements and supports the academic mission of the University by: Offering opportunities for students to develop personal autonomy, positive self perceptions, leadership skills, social responsibility, and a heightened community consciousness of and appreciation for sameness and difference.  Providing services that assist each student to reach his or her intellectual and personal potential and educational goals.  Fostering and promoting a safe, salutary environment that is inclusive and conducive to learning.  Sponsoring and supporting a range of programming that is educational, recreational, and social in nature.  The units within the Division work cooperatively to ensure that each student has the opportunity to derive the fullest benefit from his or her experience at the University.  The office is open Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.  You may contact the Vice President or Dean at 973-408-3390, or visit their website at Campus Life & Student Affairs.

Facilities’ Service Response Center and Room Reservations

This office is located in Pepin Hall (where Public Safety is located).  Facilities is committed to maintaining the physical assets of Drew University to the highest possible standards. If you require to program or to use the lounge for a specific reason, please make sure you request the space.  You may do so by completing a request at EMS.Drew.edu. The department staff includes professionals in all aspects of buildings and grounds maintenance – custodial, trades, grounds, moves, vehicle maintenance, capital project management, and a wide variety of management skills.  Facilities is open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm but has after hours emergency service.  The Service Response Center can be reached at 973-408-3510.  For after hours emergencies, please contact Public Safety at 973-408-3379.  Check out Facilities’ website: Facilities Management.

Student Accounts Office

The Student Accounts Office is located in Holloway Hall on the first floor. It handles all of the transactions the University conducts.  Whether its a payment, inquiry about a card balance or a fine; the Business Office handles all of the University’s dealings.  They can be reached Monday – Friday from 9am. – 5pm at 973-408-3114.  You may also visit their website at:  Student Accounts.

Dining Services

Located around campus in the Ehinger Center, Brother’s College, as well as the University Commons.  Dining Services offers our residents a range of meal plan options to fit their lifestyle.  Please contact Dining Services for more information at either 973-408-3468 or 973-408-3893.  For meal plan selection, contact Student Accounts.

Public Safety

Located in the Pepin Building towards the front of campus which also houses Facilities.  Public Safety’s responsibilities include crime prevention and investigation, fire safety, traffic regulation, enforcement of university regulations and state and local laws. Health Services

Located in the Holloway Annex. Drew Health Service is a nationally accredited health center that is open 7 days per week during the regular semesters with limited clinical hours during the summer and January. There is no fee for routine office visits and all vaccines, medications and lab tests are discounted. Full-time nurse practitioners are on site during all open hours. Part-time staff includes physicians, registered nurses and massage therapists. All professional staff are board certified and experienced and many hold faculty positions in Colleges of Nursing or Medical Schools. Counseling Center

Accessibility Resources

This office is located in Brothers College Room 119B. The Office of Accessibility Resources collaborates with and empowers students who have disabilities in order to coordinate basic support services that enable equal access to an education and university life. Contact them at 973-408-3962.

Religious and Spiritual Life

The Religious Life Office houses campus ministers reflecting the religious diversity of our campus community, including students, faculty and staff. The office seeks to promote the spiritual well-being of the Drew community by offering opportunities for inter-religious learning, fellowship and worship; supporting ethical development and decision-making; nurturing spiritual growth through individual guidance and group activities; offering opportunities in leadership; and creating healthy social alternatives.

Center for Internships and Career Development

The Center for Internships and Career Development at Drew University helps students navigate their way through the career decision-making process, beginning with the first semester through to the last, and beyond.
