About Isabella:

An avid lacrosse player, Isabella started playing in seventh grade and was a celebrated three-year starter on her high school’s varsity team. She’ll sharpen her skills when she joins the Rangers lacrosse team in the fall. Isabella also is passionate about volunteering with young children: she spent many summers teaching lacrosse at a day camp and in her spare time helped younger players get better at the game. At Drew, she plans to study business with the future goal of starting one of her own.

Why Isabella chose Drew:

“It was a perfect fit for me, both academically and athletically. I’ll not only be challenged in the classroom, but on the field as well. I also loved all the opportunities Drew has to offer for their students.”

The Woodlands High School
Madisonville, Louisiana

About Sydney:

Sydney found her passion in her high school’s marching and concert bands. As singer and clarinet player, she formed close friendships and forged unforgettable memories. Beyond music, Sydney is a math and science whiz. She plans to major in chemistry at Drew, and her ultimate career goal is to graduate from medical school and become a surgeon.

Why Sydney chose Drew:

“I decided to go on a tour with a student while visiting and fell in love with the campus—it felt like home. That, combined with its proximity to Manhattan and its reputation, made it an easy decision to choose Drew. I feel like it will give me a strong foundation to be successful in medical school.”
