The Drew University Flute Ensemble (MUS 225) is open to Drew students and community members. The Flute Ensemble rehearses on a weekly basis to prepare for an end-of-semester concert, and usually plays another concert in the community during the semester as well. Placement auditions are held at the beginning of each semester for community members. Drew students with basic flute-playing skills and a flute are encouraged to sign up for 1 credit or no credit at the beginning of each semester. See below for information about New Jersey Annual Flute Choir Day and the professional group Uptown Flutes as well. Contact Prof. Elise Carter at for more information.
