Off-campus Internships

Off-campus Internships

Off-campus internships are offered by an employer not directly affiliated with Drew University. These internships can be registered to allow students to earn up to 4 credits, fulfill the off-campus experience requirement for classes of 2021 and 2022, and the immersive experience requirement for following classes.

Registering an Internship

Off-campus internships can be registered for 0-4 credit courses that meet the off-campus experience requirement for classes of 2021 and 2022, and the immersive experience requirement for following classes. To get started with registering your internship, please complete this form. Once you’ve done so, we’ll check over your plans and contact you with an invitation to the INTC-200 internship course Google Classroom where you’ll find all you need to progress through the course and earn your credits. After you successfully complete the forms found in Google Classroom, you will receive permission to register yourself for the appropriate INTC 200 section in Treehouse. You must register yourself for the class section in order to receive credit for your internship. Please note that due to the reflective nature of the internship course, retroactive credit is not allowed, meaning that you cannot register an internship after you have completed it.
