How do I find important dates for the school year?
Important events and dates can be found on the academic calendars on the Registrar's Office site.
How do I know if there are any crime or safety problems on campus?
Generally, this type of information is available from the Public Safety office or its web site. For very serious items, we will post information on the university home page and send automatic e-mails to parents who subscribe to our e-mail service. You can also learn about safety issues -- including crime and fire safety issues -- in the Campus Crime Statistics Report.
If I have a problem with billing or a payment issue, whom do I contact?

If my student needs something fixed in their room, whom should I contact?
The first stop is the Resident Director or Assistant Director. Tell your student to contact them first.
