To receive academic credit for your internship, a Student Learning Contract must be completed and submitted to the Academic Internship Office by the deadlines listed below.  When the Internship Coordinator has approved your internship, the Academic Internship Office will register your internship for credit with the Registrar and you may begin your internship hours.  For more information on the internship requirements, review Frequently Asked Questions.

Summer 2016

Note: Student Learning Contract and Student Signature Form (or Zero-Credit Student Signature Form) due before Internship project begins. Please submit contract to the Internship Assistant before the end of the Spring semester, if possible.

  • June 6, 2016 –  Last day to register for a Summer internship. Learning Contract and Signature Form due.
  • Midterm Date  – Date to be determined by Internship Assistant.  Midterm timesheet hours, supervisor evaluation, paper proposal, and midterm set of journal entry due halfway through project, as assigned by the Internship Assistant. View all internship forms.
  • August 22, 2016 – Specific date to be determined – Final paper, timesheet hours, student self-assessment, supervisor evaluation, and final journal entry due.
