Interested in LGBTQ Rights and History? Intersectional feminism? Social media & activism? Gender and media representation? Come to the upcoming conference #QueerAF: (Re)Presenting Gender & Sexuality in History & Cultural Studies.

The conference will be held this weekend, Friday, May 5th and Saturday, May 6th in the Ehinger Center.

  • Friday, May 5th at 5pm: Claire Potter of The New School, “I’m Helpless: Queering the Hamilton Online Archive.”
  • Saturday, May 6th at 11 am: Curt Herr of Kutztown University, “The Bitch on the Prairie, The Queer in the Castle.”

The conference will feature work from Drew Graduate and Undergraduate students, joined by many outside scholars!
