Reunion 2019
Relive the Drew experience with friends in a McLendon Hall suite!

$70 per person for Reunion Weekend on a first-come, first-served basis. All on-campus housing registrations must be made by May 1.

Dorm rooms are functional but offer minimal amenities. Each features a bathroom, a common area and two or three double bedrooms. Bed linens, towels, washcloths, pillows, cups, soap and a “summer blanket” are provided for each paying guest, but they are not replenished daily. All provided linens must remain following checkout; guests will be charged for any missing linens.

If you desire other amenities such as fans, lamps, nightlights and clothes hangers, please bring them with you.

The cost of housing is per bed, per night. Beds are single-sized dorm beds.

Due to fire code regulations, the number of occupants in the dorm must match the number of beds reserved, so each registrant must reserve their own bed.

There will be a $50 key deposit collected at registration.

Checkout time is noon on Sunday. All rooms must be vacated by this time. Keys must be returned to the first floor lounge in McLendon Hall before you leave campus in order to have your key deposit returned.

If you arrive after 8 p.m. on Friday night or after 5 p.m. on Saturday night, keys can be picked up at Public Safety in Pepin Service Center. Otherwise you may pick up your keys at Reunion headquarters in the Ehinger Center.

Please note that there are no telephones in the dorm rooms. In the case of an emergency, the Department of Public Safety is open 24 hours a day and can be reached at 973-408-3379 or by dialing 4444 on any Drew phone.

Individuals needing assistance should contact the Office of Conferences and Events at 973-408-3103 to ensure appropriate arrangements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will there be vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free options available at meals?
Yes! There will be options for those with dietary restrictions throughout the entire weekend, including the Campus Carnival and Beer Garden. All food and drinks are included in your registration.

Can my children attend Reunion weekend?
Yes! Registration for kids up to the age of 15 is free of charge for the entirety of Reunion 2019. The Campus Carnival on Saturday will offer a fun variety of kid-friendly activities and treats such as bounce houses, balloon artists, face painting, cotton candy and an ice cream truck!

Will parking be challenging to find during Reunion weekend?
On-campus parking will be available for guests throughout the weekend. In addition, guests staying at the Madison Hotel, Wyndham Hamilton Park Hotel and Archer Florham Park will have access to a shuttle to and from campus throughout the weekend. We encourage the use of this option for your convenience

Will the bookstore and other on-campus facilities be open during Reunion weekend?

Yes! The bookstore will be open until 1 p.m. on Friday and from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturday during Reunion weekend. As a special Reunion treat, all alumni will receive 20% off!

The library will be open with full services between 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Friday, and between 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturday.
The United Methodist Archives and History Center will be open on Friday between 9 a.m.-1 p.m., but will be closed on Saturday during Reunion.
