Entrepreneurship and the Future of Media featuring Alex Lieberman from Morning Brew

Thursday, September 30 | 6-8 p.m. | Concert Hall

In partnership with Drew, the Morris County Chamber of Commerce's Centennial Celebration Speaker Series continues with 'The Future of Media' featuring Alex Lieberman, Co-Founder & CEO of Morning Brew, who shares how engaging an audience with snappy copy and sharp insight is the formula for new media success.

When Alex noticed that he found mailing lists more attractive than his investment banking job at Morgan Stanley, he quit to launch Morning Brew with co-founder Austin Rief and built a $75 million media company in less than six years. Morning Brew delivers business news to over 2 million subscribers through their core newsletter, retail newsletter, technology newsletter and the Business Casual podcast and is a go-to news source for millennials and other modern business leaders. In 2019, Alex was named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list. Lieberman graduated from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2015.

Sponsored by the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and the Launch Communities.
