Ad-hoc meetings will be held on Tuesday’s at 5 PM in EC 109/145 (room schedule coming soon).

The deadline for Ad-hoc is on Friday at 5 PM; any requests submitted after the due date will be reviewed the following week.

Include: all event expenses (decorations, food, transportation, etc.) and list the total dollar amount for this ad-hoc request.
Please list both financial and volunteer co-sponsors.
