Responsibilities include: Serving as the Student Activities advisor assigned to political clubs, graduate and theological school governments. Dean Brisson is the logistical coordinator for the New Student Orientation program for all three orientation programs: Summer, Fall and Winter, and she is assists with the logistics of the First Year Experience program. Dean Brisson coordinates the Women’s Leadership Symposium and the Drew LEAD, leadership education program. In the division of Campus Life & Student Affairs, Dean Brisson manages professional and student staff training and development, coordinates assessment for the division, and she is currently developing a new program focused on engaging and partnering with parents of Drew University students and alumni.
Assistant Director, Office of Student Activities
Responsibilities include: Serving as the Student Activities advisor assigned to academic and social clubs; advisor to the University Program Board, WMNJ Radio Station, The Acorn newspaper, the Oakleaves yearbook, and the Budget and Organization Board of Student Government. Ms. Brady manages the Orientation Committee and the Ehinger Center desk staff, including the recruitment and training of OCs and desk staff. Ms. Brady manages class programming for the first year through and including senior class and senior week activities, and is a contributing facilitator to the Drew LEAD, leadership education program. Ms. Brady dedicates a great deal of time to coordinating traditional programs hosted by the Office of Student Activities and serves as a liaison between Student Activities and the Borough of Madison, engaging our students into the local Madison community.
Program Coordinator, Office of Student Activities
Responsibilities include:Serving as the Student Activities advisor assigned to language/cultural, religious/spiritual, service, and performance clubs; advisor to the Volunteer Resource Center, including overseeing service initiatives and collaborating with fund raising professionals. Ms. Mazzarella is also the manager of The C’80 Pub, which includes supervising and training staff, coordinating events and private parties, and managing inventory. Ms. Mazzarella manages our club leader workshop and training series and connects students with on and off-campus service providers; she is also a contributing facilitator to the Drew LEAD, leadership education program. Ms. Mazzarella contributes to the planning and management of New Student Orientation and Welcome Week activities.
