Are you looking to take your fitness to the next level or just looking for a challenge? Then boot camp is for you! This total-body workout will focus on a wide range of fitness components to include strength training, cardio, core, speed and agility. Sample classes consist of but are not limited to circuit training, obstacle courses, plyometrics and body weight exercises. All fitness levels are welcomed. Just bring a towel and some water and be prepared to have a great workout!

This class is a supportive environment of Faculty/Staff and Grad/Theo students all working towards the same goal: making themselves healthier!
4-Week Sessions (8 classes) Class will be held on the following dates: March: 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27.

$55/session (which is less than $7/class), or $10/class for drop-in sessions. Register below. Pay at the first class.
