IMG_1830Campus Recreation Services offer Fitness Classes that are a fun, motivating, and challenging way to fit exercise into your daily schedule.  A great alternative or compliment to any workout regimen, our classes are led by highly skilled and certified instructors.  Generally one hour in length, our cardio/strength and mind/body classes are a reflection of some of the latest trends in group fitness.  Scroll down to see what we have in store for you.

Spring 2019 Student Fitness Class Line-Up:

Monday:

  • 5:30 PM: CrossFit with Santi – Students (Simon Forum Floor)
  • 6:30 PM: Beginner’s Yoga with Powerflow Yoga (Haselton Dance Studio)
    • Please note this class will not meet on February 18 or April 15

Tuesday:

  • 12-12:45 PM: Boot Camp with Mike (Haselton Dance Studio)
  • 5:30 PM: CrossFit with Santi – Faculty/Staff (Simon Forum Floor)

Wednesday:

  • 5:30 PM: CrossFit with Santi – Students (Simon Forum Floor)

Thursday:

  • 5:15 PM: Zumba! with Ashley (Haselton Dance Studio)
  • 5:30 PM: CrossFit with Santi – Faculty/Staff (Simon Forum Floor)

Friday:

  • 8:00 AM: Gentle Flow Yoga with Roseann (Haselton Dance Studio)
    • March 15 and April 19 this class will meet in the downstairs, lower dance studio
  • 12-12:45 PM: Boot Camp with Mike (Haselton Dance Studio)
