We wanted to let you know of some additions we have made to WordPress since our upgrade to 3.2:

Grammar Check

To use the grammar checking tool, follow these steps:

      1. In the dashboard of your site, go to your profile.

    1. Select the Proofreading options you would like, and hit update.
    2. When you are editing a page, select the grammar check button.

Formidable Bulk Field Editing

Formidable has been updated to allow for easier editing of drop down, radio and check box fields. You can now edit them in bulk and pick from predefined lists such as States.

Viewing Restrictions

Viewing restrictions can be enabled for pages allow restricted access to Drew users. Please contact Tryon Eggleston or Justin Jackson if you have a need for this.

Page Tree View

Some sites have a large number of pages making them difficult to find on the admin side. You can now have a tree view of all your pages and their sub pages. This feature is being activated slowly so if you don’t have it yet and would like to, please contact us.

Tutorial Videos

We will soon be offering how-to videos about common tasks in WordPress (new pages, editing, adding photos & video, creating forms and more). There will let you know when these are ready.
