Employees of the Year Announced!!!

The crowd was shocked when President Weisbuch announced that there were two Employees of the Year for 2011. The assembled crowd was on its feet, clapping and cheering as Frank Merckx and Michael Kopas took the stage to accept the honor together.
FY2012 Final Budget
The staff representatives on the Expense and Allocation Committee have provided a copy of the Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2012 (click here and select “Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2012″). Feel free to reach out to Wayne Hunter (the returning staff representative for next year) or the co-chairs with any comments or questions.
Compensation Monitoring Committee – 2010-11 Year End Report
The staff representatives to Compensation Monitoring, Joyce Maglione and Frank Merckx, have furnished that committee’s final report this academic year for distribution to all staff. Check out the “Year End Report” here, and contact the committee representatives or the US/A co-chairs if you have questions or comments.
Compensation Survey Results
Recently, US/A put out a survey to gather feedback on how staff felt the available compensation pool should be distributed. With 160 responses received, we are pleased to share the results here (click “Compensation Questionnaire”). This document has also been forwarded to the University Compensation Monitoring committee.
Implementing Financial Sustainability
