University Technology
University Technology is a learning organization that proactively engages with our partners to build trust by supplying secure, stable, and forward-facing resources and expertise to help Drew University meet its goals.
We are staffed by employees of CampusWorks and supported by a small pool of Drew students.
Summer Hours
Drew University will be closed and phone and walk-up support will not be available on the following dates:
— Monday, May 19, 2025
— Monday, May 26, 2025
— Thursday, June 19, 2025
— Friday, July 4, 2025
— Monday, September 1, 2025
Additionally, the University will close at 12:30pm every Friday between May 23, 2025 and August 8, 2025.
Walk-Up Support (Academic Commons main floor)
Appointments are still recommended for in-person services. We will accommodate walk-up requests to the best of our ability.

Commonly Used Technology Services
Website-based services like Google (Mail, Drive, Calendar), Banner, and Moodle can always be reached from on and off campus. Although written for a specific period of time, the information and instructions linked from this “Working From Home” page in U-KNOW may be helpful. We have also collected information on specific topics and tools at our Teaching, Learning and Working Remotely pages.

You can also call 973-408-4357 (HELP) during regular hours (M-F 9am-5pm). Appointments scheduled through a R0B0SQRL help ticket are required to ensure someone is available to help you.
Instructional Technology needs should be directed through R0B0SQRL by visiting help.drew.edu or emailing helpdesk@drew.edu. The Classroom Tech Help Line, 973-408-3001 will be available for classes that are in session, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
