The Seminary Saturdays program at Drew offers churches and individuals the opportunity to gain perspectives beyond the local church. Each Saturday morning session offers one workshop on a practical topic and one on a theological topic. Individual workshops are $25 per person. Each Saturday will begin with a continental breakfast from 8:30 – 9:00 a.m. and will conclude with soup and sandwiches from 12 – 1:00 p.m. ALL ARE WELCOME!

So you are attending seminary or have an M.Div, now what? Or perhaps you wonder why is it that there is a high rate of clergy leaving their first call within the first six months, and in some cases leave ordained ministry altogether within the first two years. The American Religious Landscape

The religious landscape of the U.S has changed in many ways since the 1960s, when changes in immigration laws brought in immigrants with rich and diverse religious traditions that have added to the richness already here. We will explore both internal and external currents that have put interfaith work and dialogue ion the minds of many religious leaders. An array of sociological factors has also shaped the changing face of Christianity, , and Come and learn more about the religious worlds we now live in, and the variety of religious traditions that make the American religious landscape as fascinating, diverse and inspiring as the geographical landscape of our region. This session will also include exposure to helpful websites, video, local groups, and discussion with participants.
