Where you should go for help depends on the nature of your problem:
- Go to the Telecom Forms page and fill out the appropriate repair request if:
- Your phone or voicemail is not working properly
- You are having problems with your cable TV service
- Your phone, TV or data jack is physically damaged
- You would like to dispute a charge that shows up on your phone invoice
- Contact the CNS Helpdesk if:
- Your ethernet connection is not working
- You need a new u-login password
- You have any other type of computer problem.
