Where you should go for help depends on the nature of your problem:

  • Go to the Telecom Forms page and fill out the appropriate repair request if:
    • Your phone or voicemail is not working properly
    • You are having problems with your cable TV service
    • Your phone, TV or data jack is physically damaged
    • You would like to dispute a charge that shows up on your phone invoice
  • Contact the CNS Helpdesk if:
    • Your ethernet connection is not working
    • You need a new u-login password
    • You have any other type of computer problem.
