Use the form below to report problems with wireless connectivity on campus. We will do what we can to address all reported problems, but the nature of wireless means it’s inherently susceptible to interference. For this reason, occasional interruptions in service are not unexpected and cannot necessarily be prevented. In addition, covering an entire building with strong wireless signal is very expensive, and our resources are not unlimited. We cannot guarantee strong wireless performance everywhere.
