Student Forms

  1. 2012 Honors Application Form
    Due no later than the end of the Fall Drop/Add Period of senior year.
  2. 2012 Committee Form
    Due September 28.
  3. Defense Announcement
    Due two weeks prior to the day on which you plan to defend.
  4. Thesis Vita Form
    Typed copy to be turned in to Library with final version of thesis.
    Please note that this form must be typed.

Honors Committee Member Forms

  1. Oral Defense Form
    Submit copies immediately following defense.
  2. Instructions for Depositing the Honors Thesis
    To be given to the candidate after the defense.
