The Wendel/Tipple Complex is unique to Drew University.  These on-campus apartments are available for married couples, families and single students.  Each Residence Hall also has a designated section for the College of Liberal Arts students, to further bridge the gap between the three schools.

Wendel/Tipple Complex boasts an indoor and outdoor playroom for the families with tables and grills for picnics and summer family fun. Moreover, Wendel Hall provides its students with a spacious study lounge while Tipple Hall Lounge is the hub of student gatherings due to its large lounge area Photo on 8-6-14 at 12.29 PMcomplete with fire place and kitchen.

Please remember that the Wendel/Tipple playgrounds are for children only!  Photo on 8-6-14 at 12.31 PMChildren under the age of 10 are not permitted to be in either area without parental supervision.  Family housing units have the major kitchen appliances including an oven-range and refrigerator but these apartments are otherwise unfurnished.

Tipple Hall is named after Ezra Squier Tipple, the fifth president of Drew’s Theological Seminary, now Drew University.
