The Green Villa Apartments are part of the Caspersen School and Theological School’s Housing. Situated on the outskirts of campus yet available to all of the University’s services, Green Villa gives its single students a sense of independence and mature apartment living. Each apartment comes with full kitchen, bathroom and a large living area for gathering. Green Villa enjoys its own laundry facility, study lounge and meeting space complete with kitchen. These apartments are minimally furnished with furniture such as a table, couch and chair. Each bedroom has a bed, desk, dresser, and closet or wardrobe. Remember that you will be sharing space with apartment mates; you may want to contact these people and decide what items you don’t want to duplicate and each bring a few of them.
