Lounge Request Form

This form is intended to reserve residence hall lounges only. If you wish to reserve any other spaces besides the one listed on this form, please contact the Office of Housing, Conferences and Hospitality at 973-408-3103.

• Any meeting that is held open to the Drew Community needs to be held in an ADA accessible lounge. These lounges are note by an asterisk (*) below.
• You may only request the McLendon 118 main lounge if your meeting meets or exceeds 25 persons. If you plan to have a meeting with fewer, please look into reserving one of other lounges.
• Lounges may only be reserved for a two week period of time.
• Lounges are on a first come first serve basis.
• You forfeit your right to utilize a lounge if it has not been confirmed and residents wish to utilize that room for study.

This form is only a request form and upon being submitted will be reviewed by the Office of Residence Life staff to determine availability.  You will be contacted once availability has been determined.  This form must be submitted at least 48 hours before your event to be considered.  If you have any questions about this process, please contact the Office of Residence Life at 973-408-3394.
