New Student Arrival

  • New students must have a confirmed housing assignment through the Residence Life and Housing Office before arriving on campus.
  • New students must make arrangements for check-in. This can be done by emailing Your appointment is not final until you receive a confirmation phone call or email. Check-ins will be handled Monday – Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
  • Students attending the summer English program (ESOL) may arrive no earlier than one week before the start of the program.  Again, arrival must occur on weekdays.  Student with housing assignments, attending this summer 2016, may arrive after July 25, 2016. 

Fall Semester 2016- New students, with housing assignments, may arrive no earlier than August 22, 2016. Returning Students may begin moving back August 24, 2016.
