Once you have an assignment from the Housing Office, please contact Elizabeth Fehsenfeld, Graduate and Theological Residence Director, to set up a check-in appointment. Fall Sememester 2015: Grad/Theo students may move-in between beginning on Monday, August 17 through Friday, August 21, 2015. Returning students may return Wednesday, August 19-Friday August 21. Check-In appointments may be made between 9:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. Please email the Residence Director to schedule appointment.
To expedite your check-in please make sure you are clear for check-in from the following offices. Per university policy residents may not pick up their key from the Office of Residence Life until receiving clearance from the following offices:

Living in Grad/Theo Housing means you are responsible for supplying everything you would be if living in any apartment complex. For example, bedding, linens, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, kitchen items, etc. Please see the of Grad/Theo Resources for more information.
