A CRN is a Course Registration Number. This number is usually 5 digits long and found at the end of the course title. To find this number please search the current terms academic schedule by visiting this site: https://selfservice.drew.edu/prod/bwckschd.p_disp_dyn_sched. You may also refer to your class roster. The CRN will be located after the title on this page as well.
Please enter the three (3) or four (4) letter designation for the course you wish to submit a roster verification for. (Example: Neuroscience = NEUR)

Note: If a student is listed on your roster, but has never attended (not even one session), please list them here. Following submission and review, the student will be dropped from your course. If your class roster is correct as it stands, please enter an "NA" in this field.

Please only sign this form if you have filled out the roster verification completely. If students are not in attendance, the institution is obligated to contact the student and notify them. Once notified, students will be given 24 hours to respond. If no response is given, the student will be dropped from the course with a W. The roster verification process is necessary in terms of reporting, billing and financial aid disbursement. Our numbers need to be as close to accurate as possible. By completing and submitting the roster verification form, you are assisting in our task to report, bill and disburse funds accurately. For this, we thank you.
