Getting Registered – New Students (Spring)

Registration via Campus web

All registration at Drew University is processed online via our CampusWeb system.  After you have reviewed and selected courses and are prepared to register for the Spring term, you may do so via CampusWeb by Friday, January 20th, 2012 at 5 p.m. EST by following these instructions:

  • Go to CampusWeb
  • Enter your network username and password
  • Once you have logged into CampusWeb, select the “Registration” option found on the left hand side

Note: If you do not know your ID and password, please contact the CNS at x3205 (or at 973/408-3205 from off-campus).

Later Changes in Registration

If you find that you need to make changes in your registration (drop/add) after classes begin, you may do so during the first two weeks of classes. During the first week of classes you may add a class with your adviser’s approval. During the second week of classes, you may add a new course only with the approval of both the course instructor and your adviser. You may not enter any new course after February 22nd. Courses may be dropped until the end of the ninth week of classes, through March 30th. Courses dropped during the first two weeks do not appear on a student’s record. Courses dropped from the third through the ninth week are entered on a student’s record. Courses dropped from the third through the ninth week are entered on a student’s record with the notation “W” (withdrawal). After that point, a notation of “F” (unsatisfactory) appears on a student’s record for a dropped course. All of these dates can be found on the Academic Calendar.

(Please also review FERPA, the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (via a link listed in the helpful links area on the left of this page) to understand your access and privacy rights regarding your student records.)
