Additional Information Regarding the Registration Process
Changes in Registration
Classes for the spring term begin on Monday, January 23, 2012. If you find that you need to make changes in your registration after classes begin, you may do so during the first week of classes. During the second week of classes, you may enter a new course only with the approval of the course instructor. You may not enter any new course after Friday, February 3, 2012. The last day to drop a class with the grade of “W” is Friday, March 30, 2012.
Special Note Regarding Registration for Students not in Course Work
Caspersen School regulations require all degree seeking students to maintain continuous enrollment in their programs. As a result, once graduate students have completed course work they must be either 1) registered for maintaining matriculation, 2) registered for dissertation research, or 3) on an approved leave of absence. Students not on an approved leave of absence by the first day of classes will be automatically registered for the appropriate maintaining matriculation course. The appropriate tuition charges and late registration fee will apply. Contact the Office of the Registrar at 973-408-3025 for additional information.
(You will receive additional information regarding maintaining matriculation and dissertation research at orientation.)
If you have academic based questions, please feel free to contact your academic advisor. If you have registration related problems, please email regist@drew.edu.
(Please also review FERPA, the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (via a link listed in the helpful links area on the left of this page) to understand your access and privacy rights regarding your student records.)
