Spin Doctors to Rock Baldwin Gym
MADISON, NJ—On May 2, 1990s nostalgia will hit Drew University as one of the decade’s most popular alternative rock bands—the Spin Doctors—takes the stage. The group, which is best known for its hit singles “Two Princes” and “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong,” will perform in the school’s Simon Forum and Athletic Center at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are available for purchase on ticketweb.com and at the door on the evening of the performance.
The group’s 1991 album “Pocket Full of Kryptonite” went multiplatinum, selling over five million copies. Their subsequent album, “Turn it Upside Down,” was released in 1994 and also topped the charts with over two million copies sold. The Spin Doctors also put out albums in 1996, 1999 and 2005. “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong,” their first hit single, reached the number 17 spot on the U.S. chart in 1992, while “Two Princes” made it to number seven in 1993.
The group’s current members are vocalist Chris Barron; guitarist and vocalist Eric Schenkman; drummer and percussionist Aaron Comess; and bass guitarist Mark White.
