November 2017 – Cynthia Lin finds poetry in concrete images.

Lin, a New York City artist who’s displaying six pieces at Drew University’s Korn Gallery, uses a mixture of hand-drawn, digital and lithographic techniques. In sum, she aims to create “multiple, ongoing translations that re-construct malleable visual ‘facts’ in response to material, visceral, digital and psychological events.” Here’s a closer look at her Korn Gallery exhibit, “Re-Drawn.”
