Meeting professors and peers while registering for classes and breaking bread.

July 2016 – Across three days, incoming Drew University students took placement exams, registered for fall courses and met new classmates during summer orientation.

In the morning, administrators provided overviews on academic requirements, drug and alcohol education and campus activities while in the afternoon, students converged at a maker’s tent and ice cream truck. There was plenty of time to make new friends, too, especially during the picnic-style lunch held under a tent on Hoyt lawn. Here’s a closer look.
