The Out of the Vault series is sponsored by the Department of Special Collections and University Archives of the Drew University Library. Each interactive session introduces participants to a particular collection while providing opportunities for engagement with the materials.

This spring semester, the Out of the Vault series will take a geographic look at the collections as a whole, exploring the materials from Asia, Africa and South America. Materials such as African tribal masks, notes from travelers and explorers, Bibles in hundreds of languages, letters from missionaries, games from Asia, and books published throughout the world will be on display to show the breadth and depth of materials located in Special Collections, University Archives, and the Methodist Library.
