Citation Searching Tools: Who’s Citing Who?

You know to look in the bibliography of a good article to find pointers to related articles, but… how can you reverse the process, finding articles that refer to the article you’re working with? A number of databases have added features to help you find “who cited who,” but which ones? We’ll look at Web of Science, CiteSeer, Google Scholar, and several other databases that allow you to go “back to the future” in your searching.
