You are invited to celebrate the life and work of Professor Joan E. Steiner.

Prof. Steiner retired from the English Department in 1998 after 30 years of service. As a member of the Department, Prof. Steiner taught modern and contemporary British and American literature, and composition. In the early 1970′s, she introduced African American literature into the Drew curriculum.
