What is 1-ITS?

1-ITS is Instructional Technology Service’s “classroom hotline”. It represents an on-campus extension, x1487, that you can call from any Drew house phone. If you are in a classroom and having trouble with the system which is preventing the class from progressing, just call this number and a support representative will answer the call and respond as soon as possible. This hotline is meant to remove the ambiguity of where and how to get support while in a classroom. This number is not reachable by cell phone, so make sure to use the campus phone which is installed in the room.

Please note; this hotline is for in-class problems only. If you need an A/V setup or would like to request training, please call the MRC at x3342.

The 1-ITS hotline is active during the semester Monday – Thursday 8am-8:30pm, and Friday 8am-5pm.

During January term and the summer months, 1-ITS is active from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.
