MRC Event Support Line: 973 665-2100
The MRC Event Support Line is 973 665-2100. This number, which can be reached by cell phone or land line, is active Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 9:00 pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. This line supports use of audio/visual equipment at events on campus that have been reserved and confirmed with the MRC. This includes rooms that have installed A/V equipment and MRC equipment reserved for delivery to an event. An MRC staff member or student assistant will answer the line during these times. We do not anticipate any calls going to voicemail, but if this happens, please leave a detailed message stating the problem as well as how we can reach you. When leaving a message, you must leave a return phone number so that we can call you back as soon as possible. 973.665.2100 is not available whenever University Staff & Administrative offices are closed during vacations/holidays and school/weather closings.
