Scanning Requests

You can bring in your handouts, images and other materials that you need to be scanned into your K: Drive (or other destinations). We do not scan books, so please make a copy of any materials from books that you would like to have us scan. All scanning must be legal according to copyright law. Further information on Fair Use and other copyright information is available on the “Scanning Request Form,” available at the FacLab front desk. Each faculty member is responsible for filling out the form and signing for responsibility of copyright compliance.

Please ensure that you give access rights to the ITS Student FacLab Assistants so they can put your completed documents into the destination folder of your choice. If you are unsure about how to do that, just let us know and we will walk you through the simple process.

Come on down to the FacLab and sign out a Laptop. Because it takes around 20-30 minutes to set up a laptop for loan, it will be best to Request a Loaner Online

Loaners are given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Particular models cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to fill specific hardware requests made.
