Scanning Requests

You can bring in your handouts, books, images and other materials that you need to be scanned into your K: Drive (or other destinations).

Fill out one of our “Scanning Request Forms” at the Front Desk and our capable Student Assistants will happily oblige.

Please ensure that you give access rights to the ITS Student FacLab Assistants so they can put your completed documents into the destination folder of your choice. If you are unsure about how to do that, just let us know and we will walk you through the simple process.

Large Format Color and Black & White Printing

The FacLab is equipped with a large format printer which you may utilize for any large format printing jobs. The pricing is as follows:

Large Format Printer (Poster)

B&W and Color- $5.00/foot

Color Laser Printer

8.5″ x 11″
Color – $0.20/side

11″ x 17″
B&W – $0.05/sheet
Color – $0.25 per 8.5″x11″ page (up to $1.00 for a full booklet of four pages)

Photo Quality Glossy Printing

8.5″ x 11″
Color or B&W – $1.00

Black & White Laser Jet Printer

No charge

Equipment Loaners

Need to borrow a laptop while your computer is being fixed? Don’t have a computer?

Come on down to the FacLab and sign out a Laptop. Our lab is also equipped with a Media Center where you can edit your video and/or audio, burn CDs or DVDs with ease. We have PCs and a Mac available for your use, AND we have the skilled staff on hand to assist you. Stop by or Request Online!

Loaners are given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Particular models cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to fill specific hardware requests made.
