Approved List Programs
To apply for the program, students must read the Guide to International and Off-Campus Study
Review the Approved List Programs.
For answers to questions regarding approved list applications, contact the Office of International & Off-Campus Programs. Many approved list participants find it beneficial to schedule an advising session.
There are two parts to any approved list application:
- The student should first apply on-line for acceptance to an approved list program and submit a completed course approval form. This is necessary in order to ensure that Drew will accept credit for the study abroad, and also to generate proper billing and payment to the alternate institution.
- The student must then apply for acceptance to the institution through which he/she plans on participating.
The application deadline for a Spring Program is October 1, and March 1 for the Fall Program.
Complete the application and submit the Pre-Approval for Course Credit for Off-Campus Study form directly to the IOCP Office in HS 9.
For a program in a country which is on the U.S. State Department Travel Warning list, please refer to the Travel Warning Policy.
