INTC 200 – Internship Forms

If you are interested in registering your internship, then please email with:

  • The name of the organization you are working for and where it is located (city, state)
  • How many credits you intend on registering for (0, 2, or 4)
  • Potential transferable skills you hope to gain/develop further in this role
  • Your potential faculty evaluator (an actively teaching professor from Drew University); be sure to inform them to expect a form to confirm their participation in this role
  • Additionally, inform your job supervisor that they can also expect a form to confirm their participation in this role

Once this email is received, students will be added to the Google Classroom course for the term where they can find and upload their assignments, including the following forms: the Student Learning Contract (filled out by student), Faculty Confirmation Form (filled out by faculty evaluator), and Job Supervisor Confirmation form (filled out by job supervisor). After these forms are completed and approved, students will be registered for the course, INTC 200.

Retroactive credit is not allowed, meaning that you cannot register an internship after you have completed it. Our office no longer takes paper copies of internship-related materials.

You are expected to work a set amount of hours depending on how many credits you are registered for. Only active work hours during the dates of the term you register for will count towards your minimum required hours:

  • 0 or 2 credits = minimum of 70 hours
  • 4 credits = minimum of 155 hours

For summer and Jan term internships that are registered for 0, 2, or 4 credits, a flat fee of $375 will be charged to students through Student Accounts.
