New Hire Forms & Tasks
Step 4: Act on the 2 activation emails that you will receive.
The first will come from Banner to your personal email with info on how to establish a Drew email, register for parking, how to get an ID as well as some other items.
The second is from Drew’s Payroll system, ADP, and will go to your new Drew email address. The WorkForceNow.ADP.com site is where you’ll enter your time sheet (if applicable), set up direct deposit, adjust tax setup (when needed), as well as access W2 and pay statements.
Please note that your prior existence in either of our systems will preclude you from receiving activation emails. If this is the case, you may be able to resurrect access to your Drew email by resetting your password if you have forgotten your login credentials. Otherwise, if you have not received either of these activation emails by the start of your employment, please contact the HR Office at (973) 408-3223 or HumRes@Drew.Edu.
Step 5: Complete any other applicable tasks outlined in the New Hire Checklist.
