Drew University’s Office of Financial Assistance is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Assistant Director. The chief duties associated with this position are counseling students and families on the application process and aid availability, reviewing financial aid applications and determining student eligibility for financial aid awards, and ensuring compliance with federal and state financial aid regulations within the scope of the position’s responsibility.

The Assistant Director also oversees and administers at least one discreet program in the Office of Financial Assistance. These programs may be federal, state or institutional. Currently this position administers the awarding and reconciliation of Endowed and Named scholarships in conjunction with the Office of Advancement.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in the Financial Aid field is required.  This position is subject to a background check.
