Drew University, a selective liberal arts college located 30 miles outside of New York City, seeks applications for a two-year, non-tenure-track appointment in twentieth-century American literatures, with a secondary specialization in African-American literatures. Courses include undergraduate survey courses in twentieth-century American literatures; intermediate and upper level courses in twentieth-century, contemporary American literatures and/or ethnic literatures, and optional MAT courses. Applicants must have PhD by fall of 13, a record of teaching excellence, and demonstrated scholarly success. Salary competitive. Application review begins January 31, 2013.
