Drew University is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for the Office of Theological Admissions. Reporting to the Director of Theological Admissions, responsibilities include processing the daily workflow of the applicant/inquiry procedure, answering/responding to phone calls and emails, generating correspondence, securing supplies and arrangements for recruiting events, scheduling campus visits, monitoring on-campus event logistics and other duties as assigned by the Director of Theological Admissions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent computer skills required, particularly using Microsoft Office. Preference will be given to candidates with Banner experience. Strong student-service orientation a must. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
