Performance Evaluations

Now is the time for supervisors and managers to begin preparing performance evaluations for their staff.  Each staff member should receive a written performance evaluation, and have the opportunity for a personal meeting with his/her supervisor to discuss the evaluation.  Forms can be found on the HR Intranet.  Once you log in, click on HR Forms.  Scroll down to Staff Development.  The form is also listed here as a link.  All evaluations must be signed by the employee and the supervisor and sent to Human Resources.  Please make your own copies before sending them to us.  Evaluations must be in by June 30.

Total Compensation Study

Job descriptions are coming back and we appreciate everyone’s efforts in completing these.  We ask for your patience as we sort through them.  We are relying on everyone to ensure the accuracy of all sections of the document before sending them back.  If you have questions, please contact the Human Resources department at X3223.

Furlough Reminder

Please remember that Monday, May 27 is a furlough day.  Essential personnel (Facilities, Public Safety) will provide coverage that day.  All other offices will be closed.  Hourly paid staff should remember that when completing time sheets, please leave Monday, May 27 blank.

HR Office Coverage
