Drew 360 (Banner) Training

We are pleased to announce that Susan Maloney has been hired to support HR and Payroll staff for the duration of the Drew 360 project!  Susan will staff the office when HR and Payroll are in training — we will no longer close the office on Banner days – so please feel free to stop by to drop off and/or pick up materials from the office!  Note that the next 360 training will take place on April 19, 20 and 21.

***Payroll Deadlines***

To ensure that monthly paid faculty and staff are paid correctly, all paperwork, including benefit enrollment and stipend forms, must be received in HR or Payroll no later than the dates shown below:

  • April 20 for the April 29 paycheck
  • May 20 for the May 31 paycheck
  • June 20 for the June 30 paycheck

We encourage you to hand deliver paperwork to Madison House.  Paperwork received after these dates will be processed for the next monthly paycheck.  Please note that there will be NO exceptions.

An Alert from TIAA-CREF

We have been advised by TIAA-CREF that files containing the names and email addresses of some TIAA-CREF participants were accessed without authorization by Epsilon, a vendor TIAA uses to send email.  TIAA has not shared any participant account or financial information with Epsilon, so this incident has not compromised your TIAA-CREF accounts and they remain secure. For your security, however, they wanted to call this to your attention.

As always, do not reply to emails asking for your personal information, account numbers or any other type of confidential information. TIAA-CREF will never ask for your personal information or login credentials in an email.  Below are some additional precautions that are recommended you follow:

  • Do not give your TIAA-CREF user ID or password in email.
  • Do not respond to emails that require you to enter personal or financial information directly into the email.
  • Do not reply to emails asking you to send personal information.
  • Do not use your email address as a login ID or password.
  • Do not respond to emails threatening to close your account if you do not provide personal information.

Staff Performance Appraisals

  • Staff position content questionnaire due to supervisors by April 25
  • Staff self-evaluation due to supervisors by April 25
  • Supervisors review and finalize evaluations with staff by May 17
  • Supervisors meet with vice president to review evaluations by May 21
  • Evaluations, position content questionnaires or certificates and title changes and/or promotion requests due in HR by May 31
