HR and Payroll Closed

HR and Payroll staff will be involved in all-day Drew 360 (Banner) training throughout 2011.  The next training will take place on March 15, 16 and 17. Email and voice mail will be checked periodically, but note that it may take a couple of days before we are able to respond to your inquiry.  We appreciate your patience and regret any inconvenience this may cause.

***Payroll Deadlines***

HR and Payroll staff will be involved in all-day Banner training throughout 2011.  In order to ensure that monthly paid faculty and staff are paid correctly, all paperwork, including benefit enrollment and stipend forms, must be received in HR or Payroll no later than the dates shown below:

  • March 18 for March 31 paycheck
  • April 20 for the April 29 paycheck
  • May 20 for the May 31 paycheck
  • June 20 for the June 30 paycheck

Any paperwork received after these dates will be processed for the next monthly paycheck.  Please note that there will be NO exceptions. To ensure that paperwork is received by the deadline, we encourage you to hand deliver paperwork to Madison House.

Sexual Harassment and Employment Discrimination Training

On-line Sexual Harassment and Employment Discrimination Training is mandatory for all full and part-time faculty — including adjuncts — and staff.  Designed to help us understand, respond to and prevent employment discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace, the online training takes less than one hour of your time and you can take it at anytime and anywhere you have access to a computer.
