***Important Payroll Deadline***
HR and Payroll staff will be involved in all-day Banner training the last week of September. In order to process paperwork for the September 30 monthly payroll, all paperwork must be received in HR or Payroll no later than Wednesday, September 22. All paperwork received after that date will be processed for the October 29 paycheck.
Please note that there will be NO exceptions. To ensure that paperwork is received by the deadline, we encourage you to hand deliver paperwork to Madison House.
Important Reminders
Dependent Children up to Age 26. Remember to add all children up to age 26 in Campus Web under My Family and Benefits. Include the name, relationship, gender, birth date and Social Security number of each child (up to age 26) who is not already listed. If you have any problems updating your record, please give us a call at x3515 or x3795. Information on enrolling children on your medical plan will be distributed with Open Enrollment materials later this year.
Staff Performance Appraisals. There are still a few departments that have not submitted performance appraisals for all staff members. If you have forgotten to forward completed appraisals to HR, please do so ASAP.
