2010-11 Salary Increases
Later this month faculty and staff will receive letters indicating their salary for fiscal year 2010-11. The total salary pool will grow by approximately 2.1%. More than half of this will be used to fund general salary increases, which will range from 1% to 1.3%. The highest percentage is reserved for faculty and staff whose salaries are under $50,000. The remainder will be directed to employees who are promoted or reclassified, and used to address gaps between salaries and benchmarks to the extent possible.
While the economy and accompanying financial challenges prevent us from offering a more robust increase this year, we are pleased to be able to recognize your tireless efforts with a raise, even if it is smaller than we would like. Thank you for your hard work on behalf of Drew University!
